Creating Space for YOU! Saying ‘No’ to Burn out & exhaustion!

October 9, 2021 @ 10:00 am - October 10, 2021 @ 5:00 pm

“If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness”
“If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness”

Do you spend a vast majority of your time holding space for others?

Are you a Therapist, Counsellor, Manager, Practitioner or Leader?

Have you noticed it is a challenge to secure focused time for your own physical, emotional, mental health and wellbeing?

Are you getting close to feeling ‘maxed out’ or completely ‘exhausted’ or already feel that way?

Then join us for our Tamalpa UK “Creating Space for YOU” weekend. In this two day ‘In Person’ workshop on the Kent coast, our main theme and intention is to support a gentle unwinding and spacious recharging. Participants will have the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the pulse of their own heart beat and the rhythm of their own breath in a safe and trusted environment.

When was the last time you put your self and sense of harmony in your life first?

Are you curious how a somatic and creative movement practice could support not only you?, but also those that you work with?

Entering through the door way of the physical sense of awareness, participants will be guided to explore their own body’s wisdom through mindful, somatic and creative movement, mark making and expressive drawing, weaved together with insightful life art questions and poetic dialogues.

Empowering participants to tap into their innate body wisdom to recover their own zest and energy for life once more, or prevent reaching a place of burn out.

The weekend would suit anyone interested in discovering further how an embodied life art practice can support physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing.

No previous dance or art experience needed.
