Tamalpa Experience – Exploring an Embodied Life Art Practice to support health and wellbeing
June 8, 2019 @ 10:00 am - June 9, 2019 @ 5:00 pm£150 – £200
“If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness”#read that again……
In this two day Tamalpa workshop participants have the opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the pulse of their own heart beat and the rhythm of their own breath.
Entering through the door way of the physical sense of awareness participants will be guided to explore their own body’s wisdom though somatic and creative movement, mark making and expressive drawing, weaved together with insightful life art questions and poetic dialogues.
Empowering participants to tap into their innate body wisdom, this workshop would suit anyone interested in discovering how having an embodied life art practice can support physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
The workshop will also include presentations on how the Tamalpa Life Art Process has been used to work with mental health charities, addiction recovery and healthy ageing.
