From the melting pot of San Francisco’s Dancers Workshop to Creative Folkestone. The Tamalpa Life Art Process® has been empowering individuals around the world for over 40 years with creative life tools to navigate the real issues and challenges in their lives.
Join Lian Wilson and Helen-Jane Rideway in a free participatory workshop during this years London Creativity and Wellbeing Week and discover how the Tamalpa Life Art Process® is being applied in a number of diverse settings, from navigating mental, emotional and physical challenges, reducing social isolation and loneliness, to supporting an aging body, recovering from addiction, and social justice.
We are proud to be featuring in this year’s Creativity and Wellbeing Week, a festival led by @LAHFArtsHealth and Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance. Showcasing the work of leading thinkers, practitioners, artists and organisations using the arts and creativity to create a healthier society.
