Monday Morning Tamalpa Classes

Weekly Monday morning class. These classes introduce participants to the Tamalpa Life /Art Process®, using movement, visual art, and creative writing to access the innate wisdom of the body and the transformative power of the imagination. Come and look after your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing!
Cost: £6 (FIRST CLASS FREE for participants new to the Tamalpa Life /Art Process)
