The Tamalpa taster session is designed for those who are interested in taking a first step into experienceing the Tamalpa Work. This workshop will introduce participants to the Tamalpa Life Art Process an inter-modal approach of Expressive Arts. The evening will include embodied movement awarness, dance, drawing and writing.
No art or dance experience is necessary
