A four week course to explore and gather creative resources to support resilience this Autumn as we transition into Winter.
The online course consists of 4 x Saturday morning Tamalpa classes starting on Saturday 7th November, led by Lauren Dowse.
Participants will have the opportunity to connect with their physical, emotional and mental body in a safe and encouraging way. Lauren will guide participants through a number of Tamalpa Life Art Process activities to explore and gather creative resources that support resilience during this time of transition into winter.
Come and explore and nurture your creative self and experience nourishment, joy and vitality through the Tamalpa Life Art process.
No art or movement experience is necessary.
Participants will be guided through creative movement explorations to cultivate a deeper connection with their own body’s wisdom. Mark making, expressive drawings and creative writing explorations will have time to be captured on the page.
The majority of the class is movement and creative activity based and does not involve looking directly at your screen for the whole duration.
Taking care of your body is a primary intention.
Class will meet from 10am – 11.30am on the following Friday mornings:

This will be a closed group once the course has started. Ticket price includes payment for all four classes. No refund for classes missed.
