Fredereka graduated from Tamalpa UK’s Level 1 Personal Embodiment training in 2020.
She finds that the Tamalpa Life Art Process resonates deeply with her system and aligns with her honour for the cyclical nature of being and dedication to the path of Non-Violence. She believes the body as a wonderland of delights waiting to be explored and discovered. She looks forward to continuing her training with Tamalpa and foresees herself working in the fields of women’s wellbeing and trauma recovery.
She lives in a house by a lake in the west of Ireland where she teaches the Buteyko Breathing Method. She is a psychotherapy student and a trainee on the Red School’s Menstruality Leadership Programme. Her background is in community development and mental health in Ireland, the UK and Australia. She is a yoga Nidra practitioner and has travelled the world practicing mindfulness and studying bodywork. Some of her favourite movement practices are Gaga, Contact Improvisation and Open Floor.
